  • Data used to send commercial or promotional communications: Will be kept as long as the owner does not revoke their consent, voluntarily unsubscribe, or expressly object to the processing.
  • Data collected in satisfaction surveys: Will be deleted After being anonymized and statistically processed, they are not associated with the end user after analysis.
